I want to lose weight SO THAT:

  • Ill be more confident and happy!
  • People can be attracted to me
  • I can wear shorts and have nice legs
  • I can no longer be insecure.
  • I can have people being worried about my weight
  • I can improve my eating habits, and make it a lifestyle change, not just a brief diet.
  • To push myself, and realize that I am capable of something if I put my mind and heart and soul into it.
  • people can be scared about how much ive lost
  • iI will stop liking food

I want to be more confident SO THAT

  •  Ill be so much happier!
  • Ill have more friends and people liking me
  • To love myself. :) 

These are the good things that would happen if I lost weight: 

  1. I will be proud of myself.
  2. I will beconfident.
  3. I would have people worried about me
  4. I will keep this up as a lifestyle change, so that I can remain in good shape for my life.
  5. I would look good in everything
  6. people will be worried

Every day that I stick to my diet I am:

  • Being more and more proud of myself
  • Skinnier and slimmer then yesterday
  • Feeling happier and healthier.
  • Being so proud of myself the next day

These are the bad things that will happen if I don’t lose weight:

  1. Ill be so dispointed 
  2. I won’t be skinny.
  3. ill be ugly and disgusting

Every day that I don’t stick to my diet: 

  •  It’ll be harder to get back on track.
  • I will feel worse and worse.
  • I will be one step away from my goal weight, and I don’t want anything to hold me back!
  • I’m fatter
