I want to lose weight SO THAT:
- Ill be more confident and happy!
- People can be attracted to me
- I can wear shorts and have nice legs
- I can no longer be insecure.
- I can have people being worried about my weight
- I can improve my eating habits, and make it a lifestyle change, not just a brief diet.
- To push myself, and realize that I am capable of something if I put my mind and heart and soul into it.
- people can be scared about how much ive lost

These are the good things that would happen if I lost weight:

Every day that I don’t stick to my diet:
- It’ll be harder to get back on track.
- I will feel worse and worse.
- I will be one step away from my goal weight, and I don’t want anything to hold me back!
